This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can see or correct it. We only collect what we need to make and deliver your order and to run our business.

1. Who we are
Tshirt Workshop is run by Tshirt Workshop Pty Ltd (ABN 94 638 153 018), Unit 4, 9 Ralph Black Drive, North Wollongong NSW 2500. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
2. What we collect
Your details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, and your business name if you give it.
Your orders and quotes: what you ordered or asked about, your artwork and designs, notes you send us, and your order history.
Your account: your login details, if you create an account. Your password is stored encrypted and we can't see it.
Payments: payments are handled by our payment providers. We don't see or store your full card number.
How you use the site: the pages you visit, your device and browser, and roughly where you are (from your IP address), collected with cookies and similar tools.
Messages: anything you send us by email, chat, phone, our contact and feedback forms, or social media.
3. How we collect it
Mostly from you: when you order, ask for a quote, create an account, upload artwork, chat with us or get in touch. Some comes automatically from your browser as you use the site (see section 6). If someone orders on your behalf, such as for a club or workplace, they may give us your name or size.
4. Why we use it
To make, deliver and support your order, and to send you quotes, proofs and order updates.
To answer your questions and help if something's wrong.
To run our business: accounts, records and meeting our legal and tax obligations.
To keep the site working, secure and free of spam.
To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to measure our advertising.
To send you news and offers, only if you've said yes (see section 7).
We don't sell your personal information.
5. Who we share it with
We share only what each one needs to do its job:
DecoNetwork, which runs our online shop, design tool, orders and accounts.
Payment providers, which process card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Afterpay payments.
Couriers and Australia Post, to deliver your order.
Garment suppliers, where we order stock for you (they don't receive your personal details unless an order ships direct).
Tawk.to, which runs our live chat.
Google (Analytics, Tag Manager and reCAPTCHA) and Meta (the Meta Pixel), for site statistics, advertising measurement and spam protection.
Our reviews widget (Common Ninja), which shows reviews from Google and Trustpilot.
Our accountant and professional advisers, and government bodies or courts when the law requires it.
Some of these services store information overseas, including in the United States. We choose reputable providers and share only what's needed.
6. Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser keeps. We use them to keep you logged in, remember your cart and designs, protect forms from spam, and, with analytics and advertising tools, to see how the site is used and how our ads perform.
You can choose which cookies to allow with Show Cookie Settings at the foot of every page, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser. The shop needs some cookies to work, such as the ones for your cart and login.
7. Emails and marketing
We'll email you about your orders and quotes. We'll only send news and offers if you've agreed, for example by ticking "Let me know of latest specials". You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any of those emails, or by contacting us.
8. Your artwork and designs
We use your artwork and designs only to make your order and to help you with it. We keep them so you can reorder. We won't show your order in our gallery or on social media without your permission.
9. Keeping it safe
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), payments are handled by secure payment providers, and only our team can see your details. We keep information for as long as we need it for your orders and our records, and then delete or de-identify it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we'll tell you and do what the law requires.
10. Seeing or correcting your information
You can see and update most of your details in your account. To ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to close your account, email orders@tshirtworkshop.com.au. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, and we'll reply within 30 days.
11. Questions and complaints
If you have a question or a concern about your privacy, contact us first and we'll do our best to sort it out. If you're not happy with our reply, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
