Ordering and pricing

What bulk discounts do you offer?

Discounts apply automatically to every online order, and the more you add, the more you save: 8% off 5 to 9 items, 12% off 10 to 19, 22% off 20 to 49, and 30% off 50 to 99. For 100 or more, get a quote.

Mix and match garments, designs, colours and sizes: every item counts towards the discount. BYO garments are excluded from sales and promotions.

Is there a minimum order?

No. There’s no minimum, so you can order a single piece. Bulk discounts start from 5 items.

What’s included in the price?

Every price includes printing on one area and GST. Delivery is added at checkout, and it’s free to metro areas on orders over $150. Pick-up from our Wollongong workshop is always free.

What affects the cost of printing?

The garment you choose, how many you order, how many places you print, and the printing method. Bulk discounts bring the price down as your order grows.

Timing and delivery

When will my order be ready?

Standard orders are ready in 10 working days. Need it sooner? Add Fast Track at checkout and it’s ready in 5 working days. If a big or complex order needs longer, we’ll let you know.

Can I get my order faster?

Yes. Add Fast Track at checkout and your order is ready in 5 working days instead of 10. The Fast Track fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Fast Track speeds up printing, not delivery. We also keep basic stock on hand, usually white and black unisex tees, for last-minute orders: get in touch if you have a date to hit and we’ll find the quickest way.

How long does delivery take?

Most standard deliveries take 2 to 3 days on the east coast once your order is ready. Allow longer for more remote areas. We can upgrade delivery on request.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, and it’s free. Choose Collect at checkout and we’ll contact you as soon as your order is ready. Pick-up is from Unit 4, 9 Ralph Black Drive, North Wollongong NSW 2500.

Printing and artwork

What printing methods do you use?

Direct-to-film (DTF) is our go-to for most prints: water-based ink printed onto a film, then heat-applied to the garment. We prepare every design with professional techniques, so it looks sharp, feels good to wear and moves with the fabric. It works on a wide range of fabrics, with unmatched durability, flexibility and vibrant colour.

Direct-to-garment (DTG) is for prints that need it: full photo prints, designs with large blocks of ink, or some designs on white or light shirts. A printer puts water-based ink straight onto the garment. It works on 100% cotton only and needs washing as a delicate.

You don’t need to choose: we use DTF unless your design is better printed with DTG. We use the latest, most advanced versions of both, fine-tuned and tested in our own workshop. More on our printing methods page.

How big can my print be?

Up to 40 × 50 cm, either way round. The designer shows you the print area on each garment.

What files can I upload, and is AI artwork OK?

Upload a PNG or JPG. A large PNG with a transparent background prints best. AI artwork is fine: we check every design before printing and let you know if anything needs a tweak.

How do I choose the right garment?

It depends on how you’ll use it. Cotton tees are the favourite for everyday wear; blends and performance fabrics suit sport, work and hot days. Each product page has the fabric, weight and a size guide, and we’re happy to help you choose.

Is your printing eco-friendly?

We use only water-based inks, and we have organic tees if you’d like them. Our suppliers are Australian-based, with high, transparent production standards. Ask us about the options.

Can you print for events, businesses or personal use?

Yes: club and team tees, staff uniforms, events, merch and one-off gifts.

Care

Can I machine-wash my printed garments?

Yes. Follow the care instructions that come with your order and on each garment’s label, so the print and the fabric last:

  • Wash at 40° or below, on a delicate cycle, inside out.
  • Use a mild detergent.
  • Don’t tumble dry: line dry for the best results.
  • Don’t iron directly over the print.
  • Wash before you wear it. Any production marks wash out.

About us

Where are you?

How many T-shirts are too many T-shirts?

That depends on the size of your wardrobe and your washing schedule. There’s no such thing as too many for a true T-shirt fan.
